London pairs: I'm trying to come up with a list of placenames used twice in London. Used once in one part of London, then again somewhere completely different. Here's what I've found so far.
» Belmont (nr Stanmore) and Belmont (nr Cheam)
» Bromley (Bromley) and Bromley (by Bow)
» Church End (Willesden) and Church End (Finchley)
» Hayes (Hillingdon) and Hayes (nr West Wickham)
» Plaistow (Newham) and Plaistow (nr Bromley)
Any more? No pubs, no road names, etc, just proper places please.
Here are some you've found that are definitely on the map...
» another Belmont (Mill Hill)
» Grove Park (Chiswick) and Grove Park (Lewisham)
» North End (Hampstead) and North End (Erith)
And here are some not quite perfects...
» East Wickham (Bexley) and West Wickham (nr Hayes)
» Newington (Elephant & Castle) and Stoke Newington (Hackney)
» Ham (Richmond), West Ham (Newham) and East Ham (Newham)
» The West End (Westminster) and West End (West Hampstead)
» Norwood Green (Southall) and Upper Norwood (nr Crystal Palace)
» Barnes (nr Putney) and West Barnes (nr New Malden)
» Finsbury (nr Clerkenwell) and Finsbury Park (north Islington)
