For several years this blog went totally tubular every autumn with one week's posts entirely devoted to the London Underground. This year I'm going to do the same but for the London Overground, in celebration of the orange network's 10th anniversary (which is coming up later this week). It was on Sunday 11th November 2007 that TfL took control of the first routes from Silverlink, and since then the franchise has grown into an outer orbital network the capital can't survive without. Prepare for five days of quizzes, quirks, commentary and obscure statistics, plus reportage on how things are going out there, ten years on. Thank you for travelling with London Overground. Please wait for further announcements.
