After ticking off Hereford and Worcester's cathedrals, I started wondering how many of England's cathedrals I've visited. So I did some research. And here are the ranked results.
Division 1: Cathedrals I have sung Evensong in
Lichfield, Oxford, Peterborough, Rochester, Salisbury, Sheffield, St Albans, Winchester, York
Division 2: Cathedrals I have visited
Birmingham, Bradford, Bristol, Bury St Edmunds, Canterbury, Chester, Chichester, Coventry, Durham, Hereford, Leicester, Liverpool, Manchester, Norwich, Southwark, St Paul's, Wells, Worcester
Division 3: Cathedral cities I have visited (but not been inside the cathedral)
Chelmsford, Derby, Ely, Exeter, Gloucester, Guildford, Lincoln, Newcastle, Portsmouth, Truro, Wakefield
Division 4: Unvisited cathedral cities
Blackburn, Carlisle, Ripon, Southwell
