The Count 2020 - half-time update (with approximate change since 2019)
Count 1) Number of visits to this blog: much the same
Count 2) Number of comments on this blog: down 18%
Count 3) Number of words I wrote on this blog: down 13%
Count 4) Number of hours I sleep: much the same
Count 5) Number of nights I go out and am vaguely sociable: same
Count 6) Number of bottles of Becks I drink: nil
Count 7) Number of cups of tea I drink: much the same
Count 8) Number of trains I travel on: much the same
Count 9) Number of steps I walk: much the same
Count 10) The Mystery Count: nil
Three of my counts are exactly the same as at this time last year, and five nearly are. In these areas events are progressing normally. The two largest changes are that I'm writing less, and you're commenting less. This extra count might help to explain the fall in the number of words.
Count 11) Number of photos I posted on this blog: up 15%
Still plenty of time for all this to change.
