West Ham's stadium is in the Olympic Park and used to be at Upton Park, both in Newham. But their training ground is at Rush Green, slap bang on the boundary between Barking & Dagenham and Havering (on the road between Becontree Heath and Romford).

In the last week I have also stood outside Tottenham's training ground at Bulls Cross in Enfield, and that got me wondering where London's training grounds are, and that led to me compiling this list. It includes location, postcode, borough and 'distance from stadium'.
Arsenal - London Colney AL2 1DR (Herts) [13 miles]
Brentford - Osterley TW5 0TP (Hounslow) [3 miles]
Chelsea - Stoke D'Abernon KT11 3PT (Surrey) [14 miles]
Crystal Palace - Beckenham BR3 1RJ (Bromley) [3 miles]
Fulham - Motspur Park KT3 6PT (Kingston) [6 miles]
Tottenham Hotspur - Bulls Cross EN2 9AP (Enfield) [5 miles]
West Ham United - Rush Green RM7 0LU (Havering) [8 miles]
Millwall - Downham BR1 4BY (Lewisham) [5 miles]
Queens Park Rangers - Harlington UB3 5EH (Hillingdon) [9 miles]
Charlton Athletic - Eltham SE9 2JR (Greenwich) [3 miles]
I've also made a map.
Chelsea's training ground is furthest from its stadium, followed closely by Arsenal. Watford's training ground is alongside Arsenal's but they're not a London team. All the other teams have training grounds within Greater London. Crystal Palace's training ground is closest to their stadium. I apologise to supporters of Division Two teams because I've ignored them. Come back at 4pm for a quiz.
